Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Cozy Creations by Les purchase. If you’re not completely happy, you may request a refund or return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (where possible).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Used items are not eligible for return, including:
• Burned candles
• Used wax melts
• Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
- Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at les@cozycreationsbyles.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
